Visa Requirements

Brazilian visa policy allows citizens of certain countries to travel to Brazil without a visa for
tourism or business purposes, when they meet the entry requirements established by
Brazilian authorities.

For example, citizens of the European Union (Schengen Area), the United Kingdom, Japan,
South Korea, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay do not require a visa for short stays?. Please
check in advance if a visa is required for your travel to CIMI360.

Other international visitors to Brazil may be required to obtain a visitor visa (VIVIS) or a
temporary visa (VITEM) depending on the purpose of travel (business, study, work, family
reunion, digital nomad, etc.) and their nationality.

Visa applications must be submitted to the Brazilian Consulate responsible for your
jurisdiction, through the e-Consular system, or via the e-Visa platform when available.
Required documents usually include: a valid passport, visa application form (RER), photo,
proof of travel and accommodation, proof of financial means, and supporting documents
according to the visa type.
