This is the second year we’ve sponsored CIMI360, and for us, it’s one of the most important events for communicating with brokers. That’s because it’s a more technical event, focused on workshops and quality content. It’s not just a sponsor event—it’s an event designed for those on the front lines.

We sponsor CIMI360 precisely to make this content delivery possible, and we even sponsor admission for a thousand brokers to the event, because we know how important this is for the market.

At Mellro, we act as a rent payment guarantor, providing advance rent payments and also broker commissions, because we understand that these professionals need technology and financial support to become as competitive as the major platforms in the market. But we also know that the content generated at CIMI360, in the workshops and panels, is essential to empower these brokers.

In addition to supporting the event, we’ve created direct initiatives for professionals. When a broker closes three contracts in less than 30 days on our platform, we reimburse that year’s CRECI annual fee. It’s our way of investing in individual brokers, going beyond institutional sponsorship and supporting those who truly want to grow—whether in sales, rentals, or business management.
